When to use this form
Waitlist follow-up, account access questions, questions about a scan score or Keep/Review/Cut label, paid plan / Stripe billing, or a request to delete waitlist email or account scan data. What to include
Your X (Twitter) handle, the email you used on the waitlist or checkout, and what you clicked (e.g. scan failed, plan not updating, deletion request). Do not paste OAuth tokens or passwords. Default audit is export-first; we never post, block, or mute. Optional paced unfollow is Following only (confirm; labels independent) and member-run.
