Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClankerBlocker (clankerblocker.com), a fake-follower and bot audit tool for X (Twitter). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

ClankerBlocker scans the Following and Followers lists you authorize via official X OAuth, scores accounts against documented public signals, and lets you label and export results. Default workflow is audit and export. Optional one-click unfollow may unfollow accounts from your latest Following scan when you initiate it and grant the required OAuth permission. Labels stay independent of writes. The service never posts, DMs, blocks, or mutes on your behalf. ClankerBlocker is an independent product and is not affiliated with X Corp.

2. Access

Access may be granted, limited, or revoked at our discretion (including Free seat capacity). Features, limits, and pricing may change; material pricing changes will not apply retroactively to an already-paid billing period.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Operator) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Included capacity (accounts per scan × included scans per month, deep checks) is hard-capped per scan. Optional extra scan slots after the included allowance are $0 cash; cash is the published $/credit rate × credit shortfall only, as a Stripe invoice item on the next invoice, and only if you explicitly enable extra-scan billing; there is no pay-per-account charge beyond the plan cap. You can change or cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active through the paid period. Scores are heuristics; unused included scans or deep checks do not roll over and are not refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may only scan accounts through an X account you control and authorize. You agree not to: resell or scrape the service; attempt to access other users' data; use exports to harass, dox, or target individuals; or violate X's terms in how you act on exported lists. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. No warranty; scores are estimates

Bot and fake-follower scores are heuristic estimates from public signals, provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. A flagged account is not proven to be a bot; a clean account is not proven to be human. Review the evidence before acting — any action you take on X (unfollowing, blocking, reporting) is your decision and your responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClankerBlocker's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions X Corp takes on your account.

7. Data and privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy policy. Signed-in members can delete their account in Help → Privacy (confirm + typed handle). Waitlist-only: Contact.
