Step-by-step: X (Twitter) bot and fake-follower check

  1. Sign in with official X OAuth — ClankerBlocker uses X’s OAuth flow (not password sharing). Scans need list read access; optional unfollow needs follows.write.
  2. Pick a graph — audit Following (who you follow) or Followers (who follows you). Both share the monthly scan allowance.
