Rescan selected

Spot-check a few accounts without burning a monthly scan.

1. Turn on Select and check up to 100 rows.
2. Press Rescan selected (2 credits per press, not per account).
3. Scores update in place; Keep/Review/Cut labels stay.
4. Rate limit: about 10 presses per hour. Failed upstream lookups refund credits.
